Check Out The ‘Adoptable CH Cats’ Page
If you’re looking to adopt a cerebellar hypoplasia cat, or if you know of one up for adoption, the Adoptable CH Cats page may be of some help to you.
The list is a compilation of all of the cerebellar hypoplasia cats available on Petfinder.com, as well as others that have been posted on shelter websites, Facebook and more.
Sometimes it can take a while to scan all of the special needs pets on Petfinder to find a CH cat located near you; this list can streamline the process.
I try to update the list every time my schedule allows, which usually occurs every month or so. If you happen to notice that a cat has been adopted or his information has changed (location, etc.), please feel free to contact me, and I’ll update the listing as soon as I can.
Please note that this list usually does not include high-risk CH cats as their situations are usually time sensitive. If you’re interested in adopting, fostering or helping a CH cat in this situation, please join the Cerebellar Hypoplasia Cats & Kittens group on Facebook. CH cats who have an immediate need are posted there daily.
If you know of a CH cat who is available for adoption and is not listed, please send me the following information and I will gladly add him:
- Name
- Sex
- City
- State
- Link (i.e. a link to the Petfinder profile page, a link to the information on the shelter’s blog, or a link from Facebook)
If you feel you cannot keep your CH cat, or if you’re in a situation where you must surrender him, please read this post.
