How Old is Your Cat in Human Years?

I saw this the other day and thought it was pretty cute:

I know there are many ideas out there to calculate your cat’s age in human years, but I like how this one also reflects how living outdoors can age your cat significantly.

What do you think? Do you agree with this chart? In my experience, cats with CH, especially when they’re kittens, always require more care and therefore may be considered younger (in ability or attitude, perhaps), than a normal cat.
