Pipsqueak Needs a Forever Home

December 14, 2011

Every day, dozens of CH cats are waiting for their forever homes. Some are truly in emergency situations (thanks Deb Martin for all of the work you do!), but for most of the others, all they really need is a little extra word-of-mouth so their future forever family can find them.

That’s what Joann believed when she contacted me the other day about Pipsqueak, an 8-week-old kitten with cerebellar hypoplasia.

Located in South Plainfield, NJ (Note: NJ shelters post the most adoptable cats on Petfinder.com), Joann has realized that placing Pipsqueak is going to take some extra effort to find a family that is right for his needs.

So this holiday season, I wanted to share Pipsqueak with you in hopes that someone, somewhere would have a friend who’s interested in this little guy.

If you haven’t already fallen for his precious face, perhaps the first line of his Petfinder profile will tug at your heartstrings: “Do you believe in Santa??!! Well, Pipsqueak, who is 8 weeks old, does and he’s hoping you do too!”

But don’t worry, Pipsqueak isn’t only sentimental, he’s tough too. When he was only two weeks old, he survived living outside during a snowstorm! Now this little one loves to play, eat — and as Joann put it, he can use the litter box like a champ!

If you or someone you know is interested in Pipsqueak, you can find more information by visiting his Petfinder profile.

Pipsqueak has probably already found a forever home, as darling as he is! (Shute, have you ever seen an ugly kitten? I haven’t.) I’ve been keeping my eyes open for a CH companion for Percy, and if it were financially feasible for me I’d gladly adopt the little dude. Good luck little Pip!

I think there have been a number of inquiries, but I don’t think he’s “off the market” quite yet! Fortunately there are options! 🙂

Pipsqueak is still available and looking for his very own forever family!
