May’s CH Kitty Club Newsletter Dedicated to Tardy
If you have a moment to check out this month’s CH Kitty Club newsletter, please do.
It’s a special issue that was pulled together by Elise at the very last minute to honor Tardy, Lizzie and Neal. While Tardy and Lizzie aren’t strangers to this blog, it needs to be said (again) that they have impacted the CH cat community unlike anyone else.
It’s because of Tardy that Lizzie became one of the most influential women in the CH community. She started the CH Kitty Club Yahoo group, website, newsletter, YouTube channel and more all for the purpose of folks sharing news about their CH cats and learning from one another.
It’s because of everything she’s done that this newsletter is literally filled with stories about how Tardy and Lizzie changed our lives, along with dozens of notes of condolence.
Also, don’t miss the beautiful slideshow Deb pulled together, or many of the newsletter’s monthly regular stories and updates.
As Elise says in the newsletter’s opening, “Because of Tardy, the world is a much better and safer place for CH kitties. We will continue our hard work in honor of Tardy.” Well said, Elise. And well done.
I read Tardy PeeBucket’s memorial page and it brought tears to my eyes. He was mightily loved by many, and he made a big impact on people. Thank you for sharing. I know how I would feel if my Percy died. He is so special, beyond being a CH kitty. I think his disability makes his other senses stronger. But that is for another time. Thanks again though, Amanda, for sharing about Tardy.
