Our Best Buddies
Now that the weather has started to turn cooler, I’ve decided that I’ll take on some more craft projects to keep me busy this winter.
While I have several projects on my list, one that I want to accomplish is a photo scrapbook of our cats, CG and Ellie.
Thanks to technology like smartphones, which allow us to take photos whenever we’re inspired, I’ve captured a number of precious moments between our two cats that I want to imortalize by printing out.
These moments are especially touching for us, since they remind us of how far we have come. As some of you may remember, I was so nervous to adopt another cat. I was terrified that CG would be upset, change.
Fortunately, these two have sorted it out, wobbles and all. They still very much have an older brother/little sister relationship, but at the end of the day they are wonderful companions.
In honor of this little success, I wanted to share some of these precious moments with you. I hope these remind you of wonderful times your pets have shared, which I’d love to hear about! You can find more information below.

This is the first photo that I ever snapped of them snuggling together. We were blown away when we saw them!

This is one of the most recent snuggling shots I’ve taken. I love it because they really do look happy!
Do you have any special moments you’d like to share? Please feel free to mention them in the comments, link to photos, or you can send your photos to me and I’ll post them!
Great photos! Our CH cats are still working it out amongst eachother, I hope to see them snuggling soon also!
Adorable photos and the scrapbook is such a cute idea! I’ve considered doing it also, but I never find the time. Just curious, before you adopted Ellie, had you ever seen CG interact with other cats? Or did you kind of just hope for the best and hope they got along? I’m not looking to adopt an additional cat or dog right now, but my husband and I may consider it in the future. However, I’m worried about how our cat Mimosa would react. She’s the queen bee at our house and when we adopted her from the shelter, they wouldn’t let her out of her cage, because of her “condition,” so I never got to see her interact with any other animals.
